How do I return an item?

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date. If within 30 days and the articles are not damaged or worn the product(s) can be returned. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping charges.

If the customer orders the wrong size or wrong color item and would like to exchange for a different item, Perfect Apparel will accept the return. The item being returned will be inspected for damage and if no issues are found, we will exchange the item. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to us and for the new item to be shipped.

If the shipping mistake was at fault of Perfect Apparel, we will send a replacement shirt as soon as possible, and send a pre-paid return package for the incorrect item.

We cannot accept returns on custom embroidery due to the personal nature of the product.
